They're magically there when you wake up, and then magically gone the next day. The hope inspiring American flags that make us think. We all know who puts them there, and this morning I was privileged to be one of them.
It wasn't until I was out there (after much grumbling) that I remembered how special it was to find a pretty flag in my front yard.
So today I was a Labor Day Elf.
